IMPORTANT NOTICE: All teams registering for Championships must first book a minimum of four (4) room nights at the host hotel and receive a confrmation code reflecting such before registering with NAGVA for Championships. This code will be required to register your team. NAGVA has also proposed a fee schedule that rewards those teams booking eight (8) room nights by refunding $100.00 of the registration fee. For clarification, a room night is defined as one (1) room for one (1) night, thus one room booked for four (4) nights is four (4) room nights.
